These characteristics remain visible in the finished material and cannot be standardised without replacing the natural leaf with a synthetic alternative.

Differences in leaf veins, natural markings, colour depth and colour distribution are not manufacturing faults and are not covered under our warranty policy.
However, if your bag arrives with a manufacturing defect—such as damaged hardware, faulty stitching, a broken zip or another structural issue—please contact us and we will be happy to help under our warranty policy.
Can I Request a Photograph of My Specific Bag?
Individual bags are not pre-assigned to customer orders.
If you would like to see the specific bag that will be dispatched before it ships, please contact us after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to stock availability and dispatch timing.
