Yes — we ship worldwide.
Enjoy free UK Standard Delivery on all orders over £100 for orders shipped within the UK.
We also offer free Standard Delivery on eligible international orders over £150.
Orders to the UK are fulfilled from either:
• Our UK warehouse via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or DPD Next Day
• Our Thailand warehouse via Thailand Post, YunExpress, DHL Express or FedEx

UK Shipping
Royal Mail Tracked 48: approximately 2 business days from the dispatch date, starting from £5.99.
DPD Next Day Delivery: next business day from the dispatch date. Orders must be placed before our daily cut-off time. Available for selected UK postcodes only.
Free UK Standard Delivery is available on orders over £100 for orders shipped within the UK. The promotion will be automatically applied at checkout once the qualifying threshold is reached.
International Shipping
Standard International Delivery: 7–15 business days from the dispatch date, starting from £5.99.
Express International Delivery: 3–5 business days from the dispatch date, starting from £6.99.
Free Standard Delivery is available on eligible international orders over £150.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, courier service, customs processing, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.
Please use the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email to monitor your parcel and check for any updates from customs or the courier.
If any documents, payment, or action are required for clearance or delivery, we kindly recommend responding as soon as possible to avoid delays or return-to-sender situations.
If an order is returned to sender or delivery is unsuccessful due to incomplete follow-up or missing requirements from the recipient, additional shipping or handling charges may apply before reshipment or refund can be arranged.
For the most accurate tracking information, we recommend using the courier tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email rather than the Shop App.
Leaf materials
Leaftex is our signature material made from real fallen leaves. Each leaf is naturally dried, individually hand-dyed, and carefully pressed onto a fabric base. A protective coating is then applied to preserve the natural texture while adding durability and water resistance.
Sustainably sourced and handcrafted, no two Leaftex pieces are ever the same. Each product is unique in pattern and colour due to the nature of the leaves and the artisanal process.

Yes. Leaftex is built for everyday use and designed to last. Like all quality materials, it benefits from a little care — and with that, it holds up well over time.

Leaftex is water-resistant — it handles light rain and everyday splashes well, but prolonged exposure to water is best avoided.
To keep it looking its best:
• Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth
• Avoid folding or bending the flap backwards
• Store in a cool, dry place when not in use
No special products needed — just simple, mindful care.
Each Leaftex piece is one of a kind — no two leaves are ever the same.
For selected products, you're welcome to leave a note at checkout with your preferred pattern. Where possible, we’ll send you photos before your order ships so you can choose your favourite.
Please note that orders fulfilled from pre-packed stock may already be prepared and may not be eligible for pattern selection.
Payments
We accept all major payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
All payments are securely processed via Stripe, PayPal, and Omise.
You can also pay by credit or debit card without a PayPal account by selecting PayPal Guest Checkout, where available.

Our store processes all orders in GBP (British Pounds).
While prices may appear in your local currency as an estimate, the final charge at checkout will be in GBP. Your bank or card provider will apply the conversion rate at the time of purchase.
Payments can be declined for a number of reasons, most commonly:
• Incorrect card details (CVV or expiry date)
• Insufficient funds
• Your bank blocking the transaction — this can happen with international or high-value purchases
• 3D Secure verification not completed
• Unstable internet connection during checkout

Promo Codes
Thamon promo codes are special codes you can apply at checkout to receive discounts or exclusive offers, such as free shipping, limited-time product discounts, or seasonal promotions.
You may find them on our website, through our newsletter, or on our social media channels.
You can enter your promo code during checkout. On the checkout page, you’ll see a field labelled “Discount code” — simply enter your code and click “Apply”. If valid, the discount will appear immediately in your order summary.
Please note:
• Promo codes must be entered before completing your order and cannot be applied afterward
• Only one promo code can be used per order
• Promo codes cannot be used as full payment — your order total must exceed the value of the code, and a valid payment method is still required

If the promo code didn’t apply, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
• The code was entered incorrectly (please check for typos or extra spaces)
• The code has expired or is not valid for the items in your cart
• Only one promo code can be used per order

Refund
Yes — if you need to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition. Please note that sale items may be subject to different return conditions.

Once we've received and approved your returned item, we'll process your refund within 14 days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days to appear in your account.
You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees are set by local authorities and are not charged or collected by Thamon. These charges are non-refundable unless they were originally included in your order payment.
Any bank charges, currency conversion fees, or transaction fees applied by your bank or card provider are also outside our control and are non-refundable.

Shop
We no longer have physical shops in London or the UK, but we’re still available online and ship worldwide.
We currently also have stockists in Australia and South Korea.

Other
If an item is out of stock, it will be marked as “Out of Stock” on the product page. Once restocked, it will be available to purchase again on our website.
We’re unable to confirm exact restock dates, but you’re welcome to contact us and we’ll do our best to update you.
You can also sign up to our newsletter to be the first to hear about restocks and new arrivals.
We’re unable to share details of upcoming promotions or sales in advance.
However, you can be the first to know about future offers by subscribing to the Thamon newsletter. We’ll send updates straight to your inbox when new collections, restocks, or exclusive sales go live.
If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We'll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is being processed.
If your order has already been dispatched, you're welcome to return it once received in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Once a pre-order has been placed, we’re unable to guarantee changes or cancellations.
Please also note that we cannot split orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items. All items will be shipped together in the week commencing date shown on the pre-order product page.
