As the recipient, it is your responsibility to track your order and ensure any required documents or actions are submitted to customs or the courier in a timely manner.
If an order is marked as "returned to sender" or "unsuccessful delivery" due to incomplete follow-up or missing requirements from the receiver, we regret that we will not be able to offer a free refund or replacement. In such cases, a new order may need to be placed.

Leaf materials
Leaftex is our signature material made from real fallen leaves. Each leaf is naturally dried, hand-dyed, and pressed onto a fabric base. A protective coating is applied to preserve the natural texture while adding durability and water resistance.
Sustainably sourced and handcrafted, no two Leaftex pieces are ever the same — each product is unique in pattern and colour due to the nature of the leaves and the artisanal process.
Note: Variations in leaf shape, colour, and texture are part of the charm and individuality of every piece.
Yes — Leaftex is designed to be as durable as other everyday materials. With proper care, it can last for several years.
We understand durability is important, which is why we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee — so you can try it with complete confidence.
Leaftex is water-resistant — light rain or splashes won’t damage it. However, it’s best to avoid soaking it completely.
To care for your bag:
• Wipe gently with a soft cloth or wet tissue
• Avoid folding or bending the bag backward, especially the flap
• Store in a cool, dry place when not in use
No special treatment needed — just simple care for something naturally crafted.

Once your order is ready, we’ll send you photos by email so you can choose your favourite leaf pattern before it ships. Each piece is truly one of a kind.
Payments
We accept all major payment methods, including: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
All payments are securely processed via Stripe and PayPal.

Unfortunately, not at the moment. While our website may display prices in various currencies for your convenience, all orders are processed in British Pound (GBP) at checkout.
The displayed currency conversion is for estimation purposes only — the final charge will be made in GBP.
Absolutely! You can use your credit or debit card without a PayPal account by selecting PayPal Guest Checkout at checkout.
Alternatively, you can choose PayPal Express for a quicker, secure payment experience if you already have a PayPal account.

Promo Codes
Thamon promo codes are special codes you can apply at checkout to receive discounts or offers — such as free shipping, limited-time product discounts, or seasonal promotions.
You’ll find them on our website, through our newsletter, or on our social media channels.
You can enter your promo code during checkout. On the checkout page, you’ll see a field labelled “Discount code” — simply enter your code and click “Apply”. If valid, the discount will appear immediately in your order summary.
Please note:
• Promo codes must be entered before completing your order — they cannot be applied afterward
• Only one promo code can be used per order
• Promo codes cannot be used as full payment — your order total must exceed the value of the code, and a valid payment method is still required

If the promo code didn’t apply, it’s likely due to one of the following reasons:
• The code was entered incorrectly (check for typos or extra spaces)
• The code has expired or is not eligible for the items in your cart
• Only one promo code can be used per order

Refund
We always aim to make sure you’re happy with your purchase — but if you do need to return an item, we’re here to help. Simply email us and we’ll guide you through the return process.
Returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase date. We’ll issue a refund for the full item price, excluding original shipping costs and any return shipping or additional fees incurred by the customer.
Final Sale:
All clearance or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Once we’ve received your returned item, we’ll process your refund as soon as possible. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund has been completed.
Customs & Import Fees:
Thamon is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or international fees incurred upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country’s customs regulations and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Bank & Transaction Fees:
Thamon does not charge or collect any international bank or currency conversion fees. If your bank applies additional charges, these must be paid by the customer. We recommend contacting your bank or credit card provider for clarification if you notice unexpected charges.
Shop
Unfortunately, we no longer have physical shops in London or the UK.
However, you can still shop our products online — and we do currently have a stockist in Australia.
We’re working on expanding our international presence again soon. In the meantime, feel free to contact us if you'd like help finding the best way to shop from your location.

Other
If an item is out of stock, it will be marked as “Out of Stock” on the product page. Once it's restocked, it will become available for purchase again on our website.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide exact restock dates — but we recommend keeping an eye on our site for updates on restocks and new arrivals!
We’re unable to share details about upcoming promotions or sales in advance.
However, you can be the first to know about any offers by subscribing to the THAMON Newsletter — we’ll send updates straight to your inbox when new collections, restocks, or exclusive sales go live.
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we’re unable to cancel or make changes to it.
However, you're welcome to return your item for a refund after it arrives.
