SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Once your parcel has been dispatched and handed to the courier, delivery is managed by our trusted shipping partners. While courier operations are outside our direct control, we are always happy to assist with tracking updates and support where possible.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and selected holidays), with processing times typically taking 2–4 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, courier service, customs processing, seasonal demand, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Please note that some couriers may no longer require signatures upon delivery, depending on their local procedures.

UK ORDERS:
Orders to the UK are shipped from either our UK warehouse via Royal Mail or DPD, or from our Thailand warehouse via Thailand Post, YunExpress, FedEx, or DHL Express.
Parcels shipped via Thailand Post or YunExpress will be handed over to Royal Mail upon arrival in the UK for final delivery. Parcels shipped via FedEx or DHL Express will be delivered directly by those couriers.
If delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. You may also contact the courier directly to arrange redelivery or collection from a local facility, where available.
If your parcel is returned to us, please contact us for further assistance.
Please note: Some UK orders shipped directly from our Thailand warehouse may be subject to import charges upon arrival. Orders fulfilled from our UK warehouse are not subject to import duties.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are shipped from our Thailand warehouse using trusted courier partners, depending on the destination.
For orders to the United States, we use Thailand Post, YunExpress, FedEx, and DHL Express. Please note that DHL Express cannot deliver to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), so we recommend using a residential or business address where possible.
For Europe, Australia, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong, and other international destinations, we use a combination of Thailand Post, YunExpress, FedEx, and DHL Express, depending on the service available.
Delivery times may vary by destination. Customs clearance, local courier handling, weather conditions, or seasonal demand may occasionally cause delays beyond our estimated timeframes.
DUTIES AND IMPORT FEES:
Some international orders shipped from our Thailand warehouse may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees upon arrival, depending on the destination country’s regulations.
Any applicable charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. Thamon does not collect or control these fees.
If charges are refused or remain unpaid, the parcel may be returned or disposed of by the courier or customs. In such cases, original shipping costs and any additional fees are non-refundable.

Import charges are more commonly applied to Express shipping services.
DELIVERY ISSUES & MISSING PARCELS
If a parcel is marked as delivered according to the tracking information but cannot be located, we recommend first checking with household members, neighbours, or your local courier office.
Our team will be happy to guide you through the next steps and assist with any available investigation process.
Any claim relating to a delivery issue will be reviewed in line with the courier’s investigation findings.
FAILED DELIVERY SITUATION:
Failed delivery attempts resulting from incorrect shipping information provided at checkout — such as an incorrect address, contact number, or recipient name — are outside our responsibility. In such cases, we are unable to process a refund.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you need to make a change, please contact us with your order number as soon as possible.
We will do our best to update your details before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is being processed. If a parcel is shipped to an incorrect address and returned to us, additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment.
ORDER CANCELLATION/ MODIFICATION:
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is being processed. If your order has already been dispatched, you are welcome to return it once received in accordance with our returns policy.
