Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll guide you through the process.
Eligibility
Returned items must be:

In their original, unused condition

Inclusive of all original tags, packaging, and components

Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or number)
How to Return

Contact us at support@thamon.co with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and return address.

Pack your item securely and clearly mark the RA number on the package.

Return your parcel using a tracked service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please do not return items to the sender’s address shown on your parcel. Please use only the address provided in your return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after approval.
Please note:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

If a return causes your order total to fall below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund
Sale Items
Sale and discounted items may have different return eligibility. Some sale items may also have slight variations in colour, texture, or finish, which are reflected in the sale price.
This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Please note: Items discounted due to a stated defect are sold as described and are not eligible for return or exchange in relation to that disclosed defect. This does not affect your rights if the item is otherwise faulty or not as described.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges unless an item is faulty or defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at support@thamon.co and we’ll arrange a replacement where appropriate.
Holiday Returns
Full-priced items purchased between 1 November and 24 December are eligible for return or exchange until 15 January.
Please note: Purchases made on Black Friday, 26 December, or 27 December may be subject to different return conditions. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards can be used as payment on thamon.co only. They are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Refunds for purchases made using a Gift Card will be returned to the original Gift Card.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued upon return.
If the order was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be returned to them.
Warranty
Handbags and wallets are covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects, including:

Broken zippers or hardware

Stitching issues

Removable strap issues
If your item proves defective under normal use within the first year, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by accidents, misuse, liquid or chemical contact

Dye transference

Damage caused by airlines or carriers
Warranty coverage is non-transferable. Replacements are limited to one per item and are not eligible for refund.
Defective items must be returned before a replacement is sent.
