Merchandise eligible for return or exchange must be:
- New, unused and in good condition.
- Inclusive of all original hangtags, packaging, and components at the time of return or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
All returns/exchanges of online orders, must be returned within 7 days from the day you have received your order.
We do not accept exchange unless the item you purchased is defective.

2. We will provide you with a Return Authorisation number (RA) and the warehouse address where you can return your order. Pack and seal your return securely making sure to indicate your RA number clearly on the package when you ship it back to us. This will allow us to track your return, that has been sent in the original package if possible or any other package available.

We do not provide a pre-paid return label to return your package. Please make sure to ship your package with a tracking number, signed delivery and/or insurance, as THAMON are not held responsible for any lost returns.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Sales items may have slight defects/color descrepancies /measurements descrepansie and are strictly not returnable.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Subject to applicable conditions and exclusions, handbags and wallets are protected from the original date of purchase by a one-year limited warranty. Any damages resulting from misuse, abuse or from normal wear and tear, included that caused by airlines or other carriers are not covered under our policy. Defects may include:

- Removable strap issues
We are not responsible for any incidental damages caused by accident, misuse, liquid contact or chemical contact that has occurred while the product is in the customers custody.If the item proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use anytime within the first year, we will
repair the product or replace the item free of charge with same or comparable product. Defective handbags and wallets must be returned to receive a replacement.
The variations in color and texture are the prized characteristics of beautiful vegan material. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damages arising from dye transference, accidents, misuse or from any alteration, service or repair.

- Replacement are only sent once we’ve received your damaged item;
- Warranty replacement are only performed once for the same item.
